NIA says 437 entries were submitted to the National Innovation Awards in 2026, across the economic, social and environmental categories, innovation communicators and innovative organisations.

The company develops the materials behind AVALON Artisan Gallery. Thailand throws away more than 50,000 tonnes of green mussel shell a year. The company turns it into MyraGem for jewelry and MyraShell for objects and walls, with zero waste planned from the start.

At the ceremony the company also had a booth, where guests saw the materials with the trophy beside them.
